Batch Feeder
These are the machines for the masterbatch to be given to the mixer for final mix which are used to ensure better and homogeneous mixing of the compound in the mixer and do not require worker intervention according to long sheets.
Inlet conveyor of the Batch feeder pull the supplied material and correct the layers in the rubber sheets before cutting. The sheets coming out of the conveyor are brought into small strips between fixed and rotating blades.
This results in a better distribution of the rubber sheets in the mixer. The materials cut are fed to the weighing belt in the desired amount and sent to the mixer without operator intervention. The input conveyors are frequency controlled and 2 rotary knives rotate at a constant speed with a separate motor reducer on the knife carrier.
The system is designed and manufactured for safe and heavy service.
