Bucket Elevator
The bucket elevator, which can be called as an auxiliary equipment in the rubber compounding, is used to transfer the compound coming out of the mixer to the mill machine. The elevator consists of compound transport container, guide frame, wheels, chain, motor reducer and electric panel.
The compound transport container is made of stainless steel and has a strong construction so that it is not affected by the material falling in each batch. It moves by chains. The elevator is connected to the automation system and it is activated automatically when the material from the mixer comes, and it transfers the compound to the mill machine then turns back to its place under the mixer. The compound transport container volume is determined by the mixer volume.
